Nalakūvara

This website is all about Nezha. Nezha is not a native Chinese child. His name is an abbreviation of the Sanskrit word Nalakūvara.

In Indian Buddhist scriptures, he is the third prince of Vaisravana, one of the four great heavenly kings of Buddhism, also known as the Northern Heavenly King Vaisravana. He is called Prince Nezha or Nala.
